Arusha Wazee preparing for Zanzibar Easter tour By Sports Reporter Preparations for the Arusha Wazee Sports Club members’ annual sporting pilgrimage to Zanzibar during Easter period are underway and members who are interested to take part in the tour should register with the Club Treasurer. Registration for the trip begins this Sunday 14 March 2010 at the General Tyre sports grounds where Wazee undertake sporting activities every weekend. Wazee’s visit to Zanzibar is at the invitation of the Zanzibar House of Representatives who have long sporting relationship with the Club spanning almost ten years. The Club Chairman, Danford Mpumilwa has also urged members to register for the trip and also invite their friends and family members to join them for this Easter event. He also called upon members to pay the annual subscription fees to enable the Club successfully accomplish its activities this year.
