The National Council for Technical Education (NACTE) has registered the centre by number REG/HA/112P of 31st January, 2012.

This centre will offer training to qualified candidates using curricula approved by the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare, and NACTE. The second year will compliment the theory by providing supervised clinical skills and practical experience. Students will be guided in history taking, skilled physical examination of patients, necessary laboratory tests, determining diagnoses and actual management of patients.
The institute will assess students on a continuous basis; on assignments, practical tests and end of semester examinations.
