The Bleeding Palestine

No amount of pressure
No amount of suppression
The evil one shall be defeated
If it is for the one God of Moslems, Allah
If it is for the one God of Christians
That the humankind cowardly
Preaches and abuses by deeds and words
The shedding blood shall not be in vain

The bleeding Palestine an eyesore
A shame to humankind
That pretends pious and holly
While inflicting acute pain and suffering
In the name of security and Promised Land
The land of honey and milk
Pushing Palestinians to the periphery
And now the war that looms
Spreading like bush fire of the savannas

History is witness
That justice shall prevail
The tears of innocent people a curse
That will eat through the bones
Crushing the pride and arrogance
That hatches misery
With tears washing the blessed soils
That belongs to the Almighty God
Not the sinful minds of our times

To Muhannad and friends in Palestine
Your dreams our dreams
Your pain and suffering remains
Our shared lot both in prayer and deed
May god usher in peace
And justice that shall prevail
As the fight against the evil one is sustained
To the day of victory and forever
