Pornography epidemic hits Arusha
Children watch them freely in shacks and homes
Pornographic materials especially full length films and videos are becoming a ‘free-for-all’ affair in Arusha Municipality and its suburbs, this paper has discovered.
As home entertainment technology advances, Arusha streets keep getting filled with all types of digital media materials most  of them being imported films, videos and music but also some of the viewing materials not suitable for under-age youths have also been saturating the market.

Family Planning: Myths keep vasectomy rate low
Only eight males have volunteered for the last two years
Only eight males in the Northern zone of Tanzania have opted to undergo vasectomy, a permanent contraceptive method towards attaining local family planning measures.
Vasectomy is a surgical operation in which some testis facets are cut and tied to prevent transfer of sperm during ejaculation. It is the most common form of male sterilization. .

Gangsters shoot dead Australian national
15 raiders made away with USD 1500
Marauding gangsters on June 30 shot dead, at point blank, an Australian national at Engosengiu village, Sinon area and made away with US Dollars 1500, his passport and an air ticket.
