the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda in Arusha
recently attended the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in
Kampala, Uganda where they among other activities held discussions on
cooperation with the Uganda UN Resident Cordinator Mr. Theophane Nikyema
