Empire Darts haul trophies in Kenya
meet
From Our Correspondent Empire Darts Club of Arusha last weekend did a double over12 teams at the IDKL trophy held over two days at Taita Taveta. Empire darts club won both the first and second trophies having sailed to the finals. Empire B team beat Kindong club of Kenya in the semi finals by a score of 18-12. Empire A team beat Magereza Moshi 19-18 in the other semi finals. Empire A team was represented by Zoeb Kaley (captain), Albert, Abdallah, Abdul Kadir, Steven and Fred Mshanga. Empire B team fielded Antony (captain), Abizer Kurban, Jonas, Magee, Edson and Silas Malle. Magereza Arusha was the other team from Arusha that participated in the tournament, but were mercilessly beaten in the first round. Meanwhile, all roads will lead to Empire sports club at Shoprite complex for the annual edition of Tanzanite darts trophy. Tanzanite darts trophy sponsored by Bulk Supplies of Arusha and Empire Darts Club will be played over two days - 26 and 27 of May. Registration for the tournament is going on well.
