Is there a church called Saint Maria in Tanga?
Dear Editor,
Please... I am writing to you from the United States. I have been
trying for several months to locate a church (I believe its Catholic) by the
name of Saint Maria in Tanga, Tanzania.
My efforts have been exhausted and I am reaching out to your newspaper for any
assistance. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I need to speak to someone from that church or need to receive communication
back verifying if that church never existed.

Property tax has shattered my dreams of better life
Dear Editor,
I wish to comment on the manner in which property tax is being levied to
residents of Arusha Municipality. To my understanding incomplete houses are not
supposed to be charged any levy.
However, this is not the case in Arusha municipality as long as you have opted
to live in such a non habitable home for whatever reason be it a close
supervision in construction process. The Arusha municipality would proudly pin
you down with their property tax and make you forget the dream of better life to
all Tanzanians as per CCM current policy.
Paradoxically, residents who are landlord having completed more than one houses
and because these houses are vacant probably seeking for high class tenants are
given to enjoy a free levy. I think this is quite unfair and unjust law because
it is oppressing the lower and middle class people from acquiring good homes

Help me out with my project
Dear Editor,
My name is Mike Leahy. I am from the city of Neenah, Wisconsin in the United
States of America. As a college student I am currently taking a class on global
cultures. For this class each student is assigned a country to research.
Tanzania is the country I have been assigned to research.
The project I am currently working on is an interview. For this assignment I am
required to interview someone from the country of Tanzania. The purpose of this
interview is for me to learn some specific things about the culture and general
life in Tanzania. The whole interview process could be
done through email.
