The Safari Lager pool table competition
reached its climax on October 14 at Arusha Raha in Mbauda
area west of the municipality. Boniface Mushi was the
overall winner of the Tanzania Breweries-sponsored
competition which involved 32 pool table clubs. The
competition started in various locations of the municipality
on September 19. Others who managed to reach the finals were
Colner Michael, Hamadi Kapalato and Martin Mroso. (Photo by

The Tanzania Revenue Authority last week
capped its 10th anniversary by, among other things,
staging sporting activities. After mercilessly thrashing
staff of the National Microfinance Bank 4-2 and TRA suffered
a humiliating defeat of 4-0 when they played against Wazee
