Pursuant to Rule 24 of the Arusha Gymkhana Club notice is hereby given to All Members that the Annual General Meeting of the Arusha Gymkhana Club will be held in the main club house on Sunday 24th April 2005 starting at 12.30 pm.
Copies of the audited accounts have been posted on notice boards and copies are available in the office. More copies will be distributed at the Annual General Meeting.
