Objectives:
By the end of this Module, the participants will be able to:
Understand the importance of micro-enterprises as a tool of poverty alleviation in developing countries.
Identify ways of financing micro-enterprises.
Explain the roles and responsibilities of the governing body and legal authorities in the development of Micro-finance operations.
Develop and manage different micro-finance products.
Facilitate the promotion, establishment and management of rural and urban micro-financing operations.

Micro-Enterprises Financing (Community & Village Banking perspective).
Micro-Finance: Nature, Role, Product Design, Impact and Sustainability.
Portfolio Management and interest rates setting.
Financial Analysis of micro-finance institutions.
