With the turmoil escalating
The pace and speed frustrating
The challenge that daunting
Time oscillating like pendulum
Waiting for the next swing
New beginning sought by heart
When lies never last
Weapons of mass destruction
Now a folklore and myth
Even the uranium powder
That never was
From Africa and espionage
The search of the new beginning
Sounding so familiar!
With Sadam in retreat!
Or in his garrison of shame
Or in negotiation table!
New beginning hatching
For the election that looms!
Demolish to flourish
With democracy to nourish
The hacked and tormented
Now lying in anguish
In search of elusive peace
That the master will broker
Demolishing the symbol
To pave the new beginning!

The dent that stands arrogantly
With hands dripping with blood
New beginning the cure
