We flourish and flare

Of carriers that scare

With spirits that elated

We burst with colours
And scent that transcend
Conquering imaginations

Like the lilies of the valley
As strong as mules
With strides that terrify
Only to yield and clinch
Like balloons with heat
Like flowers of the valley
With petals bursting with colours
With eyes stolen by beauty
That lasts only that short
With grieve to grip
Shrinking in haste
Not like flowers of the valley
We flower and flourish
With pride and plunder
Not jolly and laughter
Not with seeds to flower
Perishing for life
With pain that we inflict
