Kinana to grace APC Annual General Meeting

The speaker of the East African Legislative
Assembly, Mr. Abdulrahman Kinana, will on March 22 grace the opening session of
the Arusha Press Club (APC) Annual General Meeting. Mr. Kinana is the patron of
the club.
The meeting, among others, will elect the club
leadership for 2004 to 2007.
According to the outgoing Secretary-General,
Ms. Habiba Swedi, the meeting will be held at the Arusha International
Conference Centre (AICC).
Ms. Swedi stressed the need for self-reliance
and the importance of improving productivity through joint action among members
of the club. She said that the club members have all the reasons to be proud of
achievements realized during the past one year.
