"TALK SCRATCH AND WIN!" A total of Tsh.3
million cash was on Tuesday awarded to three Arusha winners of the recently
ended "Talk Scratch and Win" promotional competition which organized by the
cell phone service providing company of Celtel-Tanzania. Pictured left is
Celtel’s acting regional sales manager, Regina Luhanga (centre) presenting
the cash award to one of the winners. Arusha winners were: Sammy Kyara of
Sokon One, Bernard Joseph of Kijenge and Dunstan Seela from Usa River.
