THE BEST AIRLINE OF THE YEAR 2002/03 IN TANZANIA

On 14 June 2002 at Royal Palm Hotel at Dar es Salaam the Tanzania Association of Travel Agents “TASOTA” made their airline awards for 2002.

 

KLM received seven GOLD CUPs

In the following categories:- The Best Airline of the Year, The Best Airline Reservation response, The Best Airline with Ground Handling Services, The Best Airline with Onward Connections from the Hub, The Best Airline with Customer Relation Handling, The Best Airline with Frequent Flyer Loyalty Programme, The Best Individual Airline Staff Member of the Year - Mr. Shiraz Deshmukh.
