AICC Board Chairman, Mr. Mustapha Mkulo (centre) handing over a trophy to Shilia Kaaya, the Centre’s Finance and Administrative Manager. Kaaya was awarded a Poetry Silver Award Cup and Commemorative Medallion by the International Society of Poets based in Washington D.C., USA in August this year. The AICC Board of Directors last week also awarded Mr. Kaaya with Tsh.500,000 in cash for the achievement. Others in the picture are AICC’s Board of Directors and the Centre"s Management Team.
