It was all smiles as Jackline Nathan,
a 19-year-old student of Topical Centre was declared Miss Arusha 2003 two
weeks ago at Hotel 77. She is flanked by Upendo Tesha 20 (left), a
computer student who emerged first runner-up and Deborah Kihaka, 21,
(right) a student at the Institute of Accountancy who was declared second
runner-up. The event was sponsored by Tanzania Breweries Ltd. Ndeku Hair
Salon, Body Tech, Sunrise FM, Arusha Hotel Training Institute, A 7 A
