Some of the members of the Arusha Urban Water Supply and Sewerage Authority (AUWSA) board recently toured the Arusha Declaration Monument along Makongoro Road where they viewed the improved environment of the area. AUWSA has taken the initiative of conserving the monument and beautifying its surroundings.
