- Though mockery to Bush
- With Madagascar the first
test

- The formula stark clear
- Discard the spent forces
- Mobutus and the like
- Had outlived their value
- And replacements a
necessity
- With the bowels of Africa
still lavish
- With gold and glittering
diamonds
